This programme is designed to provide a broad education in Travel and Tourism as a basis for training leading to employment as well as Higher Education. This is achieved by ensuring that students develop the general skills, knowledge and understanding that are needed for a range of travel and tourism occupations or professions. This qualification is equivalent to one A Level.You will study four core units plus two specialist units: Investigating the Travel and Tourism Sector; The Business of Travel and Tourism; The UK as a Destination; Customer Service; Preparing for Employment; European Destinations, plus Spanish and a Functional Skill qualification.
