Badminton for Intermediates

Covering hitting techniques, grips, strokes, body control and movement, tactics, plus the opportunity to put into practice in a game situation. Anyone who would like to improve their game for social fun or to join a friendly or league club. To cover all aspects of Badminton, to refine and improve performance, plus more practice on any areas that need attention. To enjoy playing Badminton and achieving satisfaction from learning and improving. - To be able to play using the correct grip - To understand the rules and how to score - Use a variety of hitting techniques - Demonstrate performance steps in stroke production in practice - Show awareness of footwork and body movement - Recognise attack and defence tactics - To dismantle badminton posts and nets - Display safety awareness at all times.
