Customer Service Level 3

This is a City and Guilds level 3 Qualification, in customer service. The qualification aims to prepare you with the knowledge, understanding and practical skills required for working in a supervisory role using customer service, within a wide range of organisations and industries. The qualification is a work based qualification and therefore delivered while you are at work, on your employers premises. This is a full framework qualification, which includes a technical certificate and key skills. An exam will need to be taken for the technical certificate and key skills. You will be able to choose units of the qualification that best suit the environmentindustry you are working in, as well as your job role. This qualification is delivered through assessments and training and a fully qualified Learning and Development Consultant, will visit you at work once or twice a month, working through the chosen units.
