Mindfulness Introduction to

Learning to tune in to our senses, and discover when we are tense or unhappy, can allow us to make more informed choices an informed decisions about the way we conduct ourselves and live our lives. This course will be practical and informative and will teach you ways to `Listen to yourself` more effectively, thereby allowing you to be more `In the moment` and appreciative of your life. This insightful and challenging course is suitable for anyone who wishes to explore these concepts in a safe environment. Short meditation practises will be an intrinsic part of the course. This course is not suitable for anyone who is experiencing severe Mental Health issues.
