Pastries may include: Tarte Tatin; Tarte aux Citron; Chocolate Flan; Sacher Torte; Dutch Cream Gateau; Speculaas; Paris Brest; Gateau Basque; Sable biscuits; Chocolate Fudge; Creme Anglais; Ganaches; Chocolate Caramel Flan etc. Plus you will also design and create your own Cake or Pastry.
