The course will cover all aspects of multi platform broadcast production. Youll work on projects for Nottinghams new TV channel Notts TV, as well as develop and produce a number of practical projects which can be used as a visual portfolio for future employers. Youll work with crews from the regional and national broadcast industry to gain real work experience and learn to write, record and edit your own broadcast material using industrystandard software and hardware. Youll learn how to use Sony HD cameras, Final Cut Pro, Soundtrack Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Autodesk Maya and DVD Studio Pro, as well as professional sound, lighting and studio equipment. You will also study Functional Skills in Maths and English.
