In both countries, the title Patisserie is legally controlled and may only be used by bakeries that employ a licensed Maitre Patissier. On this course you will make some of the delightful and exquisite sweets and pastries that honour the name of French Patisserie. Please bring a container to take home your French Patisserie safely.
