Hospitality, Supervision and leadership Diploma Level 3

In the hospitality industry you'll need strong management and leadership skills to control the fast moving and exciting environment of a restaurant. This course allows you the opportunity to develop these management skills through the management of level 1 and 2 students in our training restaurant 'The Gallery'. Whilst studying and working in the restaurant you will acquire all the skills needed to move on to a management position in the hospitality industry when you leave.
