There are a wide range of skills required to be a successful Service Advisor. You will need to be able to manage a varied workload dictated by customers, deal with lots of information and be able to manage a number of different tasks at the same time. Above all, you need to have impeccable people skills, a desire to provide exceptional customer service and have the ability to build relationships with a vast range of customers from all walks of life. Clear and concise communication skills are essential to delivering outstanding customer service. Training and development both at the retailer and in one of our Academies will ensure that Jaguar Land Rover customers receive an exceptional service experience. Becoming a genius with Jaguar Land Rover technology will merely be a starting point and through on site mentoring and coaching, you will be part of a team of passionate Jaguar Land Rover enthusiasts. KEY FACTS Programme duration: 24 Months Qualifications achieved: Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service Location: Jaguar Land Rover Retailers throughout United Kingdom LEARNING • In the workplace, through local mentoring and regular coaching visits by one of Jaguar Land Rover's Academy representatives • In one of Jaguar Land Rover's Academies (Leamington, Liverpool or Glasgow) undertaking block release training with other Service Advisors • Virtual classroom sessions and E-learning through Jaguar Land Rover's Learning Management system POST APPRENTICESHIP The Apprenticeship is merely the start of hopefully a long term relationship with Jaguar Land Rover. Through Academy programmes, individuals will have the opportunity to learn further skills leading to exciting career prospects. Age range: 16 plus Entry requirements: Expected minimum requirement of GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C or above in Maths, English and Science.
