As you grow older an active lifestyle is more important than ever. Regular exercise can help boost energy maintain your independence and manage symptoms of illness or pain. Not only is exercise good for your body its also good for your mind mood and memory.This course is for anyone looking for gentle exercise to improve their mobility students will learn and perform a variety of gentle exercises aimed at improving muscle tone strength and flexibility. Typically this would be the older person over 50 or someone recovering from an illness or injury.
