CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator). This course allows you to work with your employer 4 days a week and come to college on day release (college attendance is currently set at 95%). During your time at college you will cover written knowledge and be set assignments and homework tasks. Your tutor will also visit you every other month in your workplace setting and assess your occupational competence. Evidence methods include: - Direct observations - Professional discussions - Expert witness statements - Reflective accounts - Written tasks - Assignment work - Case studies - Child observations - Planning your own work products with children - Children-s activity planning The course has a pass or refer grading system.
