Name: Level 3 Environmental Sustainability Qualification title: Extended Diploma in Environmental Sustainability (QCF) Qualification type: Assessment You will be timetabled in college for four days each week. Hours will, in general, be from 08:45-16:30, however these may change if offsite activities are taking place. Activities have included visits to Portsmouth, Bournemouth and Winchester Universities and local laboratories. This timetable allows plenty of time to complete your assessments and approximately seven hours per week will need to be put aside for independent study to complete assignments. The College Learning Centre will be available during non-timetabled days so you can study at home or at college. Learners must be available to come into College during the week if it is required for a specific activity or if requested by a member of staff to complete work. Personnel who are currently working in the environmental industries will visit during the course of the year (subject to availability) to give an insight into their work.
