The AAT Level 1 access course is suitable for school leavers or candidates with no prior office experience wishing to gain a qualification using the basic terminology and maths used by book keepers. The course will cover the basics of business documents commonly used, simple book keeping maths, and procedures when working in a professional environment. There is a short online assessment that students will need to attend college to sit. The result is immediate and successful candidates will achieve a level 1 award Successful candidates could progress onto suitable level 2 courses.
