A qualification designed to help learners understand the skills and knowledge needed to work in the Health and Social Care sector and to develop practical skills in preparation for employment or progression in education. A total of 7 credits are needed to complete the qualification and these include aspects of working in health and social care and skills needed to work in the profession. You will be assessed through classroom activities and a portfolio of evidence and will achieve a Level 1 Award in Health and Social Care on completion. Progress onto Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
