Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business Administration

Learners who work in administration roles including Administrator, Business Support Officer, Office Junior, Receptionist. Learners will be required to complete six mandatory units: Communication in a Business Environment Understand Employer Organisations Principles or Providing Administrative Services Principles of Business Document Production and Information Management Manage Personal Performance and Development Develop Working Relationships with Colleagues Then choose from a wide variety of optional units to gain the full qualification This is a work based qualification but college attendance will be required to complete any knowledge tested units. Learners will be visited in their workplace by an Assessor, who will assess them using observation, discussion, portfolio work, and witness statements. Learners can progress to a Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration or job roles such as an Office Executive, Office Supervisor and Personal Assistant
