The content of Exercise for All is an exercise session with a warm up, a cardio vascular section for 25 minutes to exercise the heart and lungs. A strength section for 25 minutes to increase metabolic rate and increase muscular strength. A 10 minute stretch and cool down part for mobility and relaxation. Exercise for all also has a discussion part where the benefits of exercise are discussed such as the effects exercise can have on general health and wellbeing and on weight maintenance.
