This course aims to help equip you with the necessary knowledge and practical skills required in order to successfully secure and sustain employment. After an induction onto the Steps to Work course, the following topics will be covered: Day 1 Induction, Skills Employers Want and Barriers to Employment. Day 2 CV Creation and Covering and Speculative Letters. Day 3 Effective Job Searching Techniques and how to enhance your professional networking system. Day 4 Interview Techniques. You will receive a certificate of achievement upon completion of the course.
