ILM Level 3 Certificate in Effective Management - This course aims to give practising or potential managers the foundation for their formal development in this role. The qualification does this by developing basic leadership and management skills and assisting students in gaining the basic knowledge required by a manager. You do not need to be a manager to achieve this qualification. You will enjoy the benefits of ILM membership completely free.
