There are three pathways are available- Generic, Dementia, or Adults with Learning Disabilities. You will be expected to attend monthly meetings and collected relevant evidence as set on an assessment plan with your allocated Assessor. You must be employed within a health and Social care setting such as- Residential homes, Home support area, Day services, and Hospital settings. Within the qualification they are 9 mandatory units and then you will choose your specific specialist area units from the optional units- Introduction to Communication in Health and Social Care- Introduction to Personal Development in Health and Social Care- Introduction to Equality and Inclusion in Health and Social Care or Children's- Introduction to Duty of Care in Health and Social Care- Principles of Safeguarding and Protection in Health and Social Care- The Role of the Health and Social Care Worker- Implement Person-Centred Approaches in Health and Social Care- Contribute to Health and Safety in Health and Social Care- Handle Information in Health and Social-Care Settings.
