This course provides you with enhanced skills and knowledge required for a career in the Plumbing industry. You will study a number of practical units covering areas such as hot and cold water systems, sanitation, central heating, and drainage. You will learn skills though practical assessment in our on-site workshop that is built to provide you with a realistic working environment to effectively prepare you for industry. You will study a number of topics that are required by a plumbing professional working in the trade. These include- Health and Safety in building services engineering- Electrical principles and processes for building services engineering- Common plumbing processes- Cold water systems- Domestic hot water systems- Sanitation- Central Heating systems- Drainage systems- How to communicate with others within building services engineering- Scientific principles for domestic, industrial and commercial plumbing. You will have a personal tutor to help support your training.
