The Level 2 Certificate in Driving Goods Vehicles (QCF) gives learners the opportunity to demonstrate their skills and knowledge to the standard of professionalism required by the sector as defined by the Sector Skills Council. It requires learners to demonstrate competence in not just driving correctly but also, preparing a vehicle and loading and unloading. It also includes wider competencies such as contributing to customer service, dealing with payment transactions and planning routes and timings in logistics operations. The qualification covers motor cycleandpedal cycle, van, rigid vehicle and articulated or drawbar vehicle types.
