This programme forms part of the justice systems plan to develop a clear framework of qualifications within the sector and is designed to give a broad understanding of the civil and criminal justice system. The Intermediate Apprenticeship is aimed at employees who work in an administration role within these services. As part of their training, employees will be required to undertake a variety of duties including setting-up, progressing and processing case files, inputting data onto computers and drafting routine correspondence and other paperwork. Dealing with members of the public is also a key aspect in their role.
