This course is designed to provide a vocational taster in strength and conditioning training. Personal trainers will guide you through an active introduction to strength and conditioning principles, developing your gym instruction techniques and instruction methods. Each week you will develop your skills and understand different aspects of the role of a personal coach such as health and safety, planning sessions, communication, self discipline and self respect. This will build your confidence to plan and deliver training sessions culminating in the development of a six-week training plan.
