Chef Masterclass - Kitchen Technology

This course, delivered by a Michelin-experienced chef will introduce professional chefs to the exciting technological advancements in hospitality and professional cookery. You will be introduced to the techniques of sous vide, centrifuge and freeze drying, producing fine dining dishes most commonly found on a Michelin-star menu. You must be currently working as a professional chef to be considered at interview. Places are limited to 10.
