Public services courses are designed to make you a more attractive candidate for employment in many of the uniformed public services - Police, Fire Brigade, Ambulance Service, British Army, Royal Air Force, Royal Navy, Prison Service - and easing the transition between school and the life in the services. Alternatively, you could use your qualification to progress onto Higher Education. In addition to studying the public services, you will also be improving your self-discipline, time management and fitness, all of which can be used in any area of work.
