The written test will be completed on computers to test your IT skills. People who use services and social work practitioners will be involved in the selection process alongside academic staff from the course team. Once enrolled assessment methods are varied and will include essays, reports, presentations and exams (in Law only). Assessments are designed to reflect specific elements of Social Work practice and will involve social work practitioners and service users, as well as academic staff. Modules in the first year have formative assessments to guide you in your development, as well as formally graded summative assessments.
