This course gives you the opportunity to learn about the retail and customer service environment and provides a pathway to further learning at Level 3. Learners are required to wear business attire (dark trousers/skirt, shirt/blouse and shoes - not trainers). You will be informed of the style prior to the start of the course and given details of how to purchase the Business School shirt / blouse. The other items will need to be purchased by students but advice will be given by the Business School staff
