Electrical Installation Advanced Apprenticeship

Four and a half year programme with 1 day a week at college. Apprenticeships are designed by employers for employers and are tailored to meet the needs of each specific sector. An apprenticeship will allow you to get qualified, get paid and get a career all in one go! If you are interested in a career within the Electrical industry, the Electrotechnical Apprenticeship will combine on-the-job training (with an Electrical work placement) and college-based activities, which will help you gain the knowledge in order for you to achieve your goal. Weymouth College has a purpose-built electrical training workshop facility, which simulates a domestic/commercial/industrial trade working environment. All of our lecturers and assessors have worked in the industry prior to joining the College and have up-to-date qualifications relevant to the trade.
