An activity can be pleasurable but when it becomes a compulsion and interferes with life's responsibilities it can become addictive. Many people are not aware that their behaviour is out of control or causing problems. No matter what the addiction it is important to recognise that morality or strength of character has little to do with it. This course examines these issues. N
