The course is run on an informal basis to help learners feel at ease. Each week you will be provided with a recipe for which you will need to obtain the ingredients. Some of the following dishes will be made: Twice Baked Souffle, Cod En Papillotte Thai Style, Chicken Tikka Skewers.
