Tai Chi - Beginners

UPDATED 20150414 09:46:08

We will be introducing the Short Form following the principles of Tai Chi as traditionally taught. We will also be examining the self-defence and flexibility possibilities of Tai Chi, and exploring its health benefits, while looking at parallel aspects within its sister arts of Hsing I and Ba Gua. The movements are added gradually, to enable every student to acquire this ancient and fascinating art. The tutor, Cary Outis, is one of the UKs foremost teachers, with over 30 years of experience.
