The course aims to provide each learner, whatever their previous experiences, with the confidence to draw and paint, in a variety of media.A newcomer will begin by exploring drawing methods - line, tone, texture, light and shade, composition and basic perspective, before venturing into painting methods.One with some or a lot of experience will either follow observational lessons to stretch and develop techniques, or use sketchbooks and other source material for inspiration.Lessons will include drawing and painting objects, figures and faces, details and landscapes.
