If you love Indian food and would like to learn how to cook the dishes yourselves using traditional recipes, this course will teach you step-by-step! Each week at least two dishes will be explained and demonstrated by the tutor, then you will be able to prepare the dishes using a recipe provided. You will be taught how to prepare the herbs and spices to bring out the subtle authentic flavours.
