4CAE6958A - What is Healthy Eating? This course is about taking control of your diet and lifestyle to learn to live in a more natural way and hopefully live longer. The course will cover the following topics: water - why when and how, the myth about calcium, alkali and acidic foods and what they mean to our body, good and bad oils, why it is a good idea to reduce or omit wheat in your diet and many other subjects. The course is a taught session but includes practical demonstrations of dishes for a healthy diet and group discussions.
