This course will enable you to progress in to work as a supervisor in a range of care settings. This qualification provides the underpinning knowledge required for Level 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care. It will enable you to progress to work in a supervised capacity in a range of settings. You will study topics including: Communication in Adult Social Care Settings, Diversity, Equality and Inclusion in Adult Social Care Settings, Introduction to Duty of Care in Health, Social Care or Children and Young People’s Settings, Safeguarding and Protection in Health and Social Care, and Personal Development in Adult Social Care Settings.
