Subject Contents/Topics to be Covered: Uses of fabric. Zip insertion different uses. Threads selecting correct eight and colour. Measuring correctly. Correct interlining selection. By the end of the course you should be able to: Use sewing machine independently. Tacking tailors. Also tacking different fabric types. Stitching a variety of seam types, for different garment types. Sewing darts. Waistbands. Zippers. Hems. These will be completed in sampling and a simple project.
