Subject Contents And Topics To Be Covered: Health and safety in the workshop. Use of tools and materials. Preparation of wire, pre cut glass shapes and metal sheet. Application of foil to glass and metal sheet. Wire forming techniques. Assembly of projects. By the end of the course you should be able: Identify health & safety issues and use tools and materials safely. Prepare pre cut glass shapes, wire and metal sheet. Apply strip foil to glass and metal. Manipulate wire to assemble project. Experiment with techniques to produce a small stand alone piece or for incorporating into a future project.
