Try something new with our one day courses. During the course depending on your progress you will learn about: Making experimental monochrome and colour prints. Exploring a range of mark making methods using a variety of tools and techniques. Preparing paper for printing and cards. Using blockprint and monoprinting techniques. By the end of the course you will be able to: Develop your own ideas for prints. Have a practical experience of using inks and printmaking tools and processes safely. Be able to create printed images in both colour and monochrome.

Your tutor will make initial assessments of your abilities in order to help plan your work with you and set you some learning objectives. You will learn to evaluate your work and recognise areas for improvement with help from your tutor. At the end of the course you and your tutor will discuss and record what you have achieved and what you still need or want to learn.
