This City and Guilds course is suitable for school leavers and those wishing to change direction and return to work, or for current accounts assistants wishing to gain a recognised qualification. The courses are also a progression pathway to the AAT Level 2 course. Areas covered at Level 2 include being able to create accounts processing accounting information in respect of the sales and purchase ledger understanding how to use batch control sheets being able to produce accounting reports such as customer activity reports and supplier details reports processing accounting transactions, producing customer and supplier documentation, producing reports such as aged creditor analysis and sales day book summaries for management purposes.
