This Advanced Apprenticeship is ideal for new or aspiring managers. Learners gain valuable applied workplace learning through our Level 3 Diploma in Management, which includes theory and knowledge at the same level. It gives learners the chance to explore models and theories in management, problem solving and decision making techniques, leadership styles looking at motivating and developing teams to build up their skills in the fast moving world of management. This is a minimum of 18 months duration with an assessor allocated to each learner. Visit will be carried out in company only every 2 - 3 weeks carrying out one to one training and assessment. Functional Skills at various levels will be provided to enhance each learners Maths and English. Initial entry level assessment will be carried out to determine their knowledge and training requirement.
