The Advanced Apprenticeship Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service is about getting recognition for your ability to create a great customer service experience. It allows you to develop and build on your customer service skills and ability to look at delivery as well the impression and image you present to the customer. It also looks at the support you give to your team and how you ensure you develop them and their customer service knowledge base. Units range from dealing with customers face-to-face, over the telephone, via the internet or even internal customers from another department. The Level 3 is for those who have autonomy in their job and are concerned with development and the service the customer receives. . This is a minimum of 18 months duration with an assessor allocated to each learner. Visit will be carried out in company only every 2 - 3 weeks carrying out one to one training and assessment. Functional Skills at various levels will be provided to enhance each learners Maths, English & ICT. Initial entry level assessment will be carried out to determine their knowledge and training requirement.
