From learning to carry out advanced IT tasks such as IT support, database management, presentations, social media and design to gaining higher level support skills for the Advanced Apprenticeship Level 3 ITQ Diploma for IT users. They are designed to provide new entrants and those seeking progression in their career with the opportunity to develop the skills necessary to carry out job roles and responsibilities associated with IT skills in either the public or private sector. To achieve the Level 3 Diploma in IT, learners will be able to work in various roles from IT support, developing IT systems, finance, procurement and data analyse and reports. This is a minimum of 18 months duration with an assessor allocated to each learner. Visit will be carried out in company only every 2 - 3 weeks carrying out one to one training and assessment. Functional Skills at various levels will be provided to enhance each learners Maths and English. Initial entry level assessment will be carried out to determine their knowledge and training requirement.
