The Intermediate Apprenticeship Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service provide recognition of the skills and knowledge needed to work in or develop a career in this sector. This qualification covers the range of activities carried out by staff working within a customer service environment. Units range from the ability to create a great customer service experience and build on your customer service skills and ability to look at delivery, how you handle problems and look to develop the organisation as well as making an impression and image you present to the customer . This is a minimum of 12 months duration with an assessor allocated to each learner. Visit will be carried out in company only every 2 - 3 weeks carrying out one to one training and assessment. Functional Skills at various levels will be provided to enhance each learners Maths and English. Initial entry level assessment will be carried out to determine their knowledge and training requirement.
