This Intermediate Apprenticeship is ideal for new or aspiring team leaders. Learners gain valuable applied workplace learning through our Level 2 Diploma in Team leading, which includes theory and knowledge at the same level. It gives learners the chance to explore models and theories in management to build up their skills in the fast moving world of supervision and management. This is a minimum of 12 months duration with an assessor allocated to each learner. Visit will be carried out in company only every 2 - 3 weeks carrying out one to one training and assessment. Functional Skills at various levels will be provided to enhance each learners Maths and English. Initial entry level assessment will be carried out to determine their knowledge and training requirement.
