This is a busy, diverse role, one day you are laying cables in the ground for a new multi million pound development and another supporting the maintenance of our UK wide communication network. You will be given all the training you need by a team of truly passionate experts at our dedicated training centres, but you need to be just as passionate as we are about the connected world and technology for the future. Days can be long and hard, but the rewards are that for all your effort you are helping to bring the world closer together. The majority of your classroom-based training will be delivered at our very own technical training college based in Birmingham, where you will have the opportunity to train on an extensive range of equipment, specifically set-up for training purposes. Year 1 of your technical training will provide you with a broad understanding of all the products and services that we offer our customers, setting you up to then focus on the specific technical elements of your particular role in Year 2. As well as this classroom based training, you will be given on-the-job training, and access to a wide range of e-learning tools to enhance your competence and capability within your role. Completing a technical apprenticeship at Vodafone UK Ltd will provide you with the perfect grounding to then progress your career within our industry.
