Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service (QCF)

Excellence in customer service is driven by three basic qualities: trust, value and convenience. To deliver these values consistently requires a professional level of customer service. You will be coached by our Raytheon Apprentice Development Coaches (ADC) every 8-12 weeks and mentored in your work place by your selected work place mentor giving you the hands on training you need to complete your course and develop your skills for the future. Practical on the job training will be provided at the retailer. You will be working towards an advanced apprenticeship with the GM(General Motors/Vauxhall) Academy. Qualifications to be achieved are:-Level 2 NVQ and on completion of that the candidate may progress to a Level 3 NVQ. Including functional Skills level 1 Math’s and level 1 English and employment rights and responsibilities. You will work a 40 hour week Monday to Friday, there is no shift rota. Upon successful completion of the qualification framework each student will be trained up to Silver award in Customer service through the GM Academy which will reflect their ability and knowledge having just completed a Vauxhall manufacturer's training program. This additional accreditation is only accredited by Raytheon and is not available from any other training provider.
