The Food Safety Act 1990 incorporating the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995 gives local authorities powers to enforce food laws and penalties if the law is broken.In order to keep within the framework of the law and to be able to prove due diligence, if necessary, it is important that everyone in every sphere of the food and drink industry receive food safety training at the appropriate level.The course is aimed at managers or proprietors of small businesses.Please note We are able to offer this training course on customers premises - subject to sufficient numbers.
