Exploring Meditation for Health Part 2

A seven week course suitable for students who have completed Part One, we will cover a range of meditation, relaxation and visualisation techniques and models from a range of international and cultural sources.Techniques covered include simple breathing and focussing exercises to reduce stress and anxiety, guided visualisation working with nature, elements and colours, Chakra balancing and Chi (life force energy) enhancing exercises, Sound vibration chanting and drum journey meditations.The techniques you will learn are not based on any particular religious practice or specific spiritual teachings, but are drawn from various traditions from around the World.
