Dance Disabilities-Improving Health-1

This course is designed to support those with a range of abilities and disabilities including those with limited mobility and wheelchair users and the more physically able. The aim is to provide gentle exercise through a range of dance styles. The course is aimed at those who want to learn to dance, take exercise and have fun.
