Site Carpentry Intermediate Apprenticeship

This course is aimed at students who are working in the industry as apprentice carpenters. Students will acquire skills in industry specific methods, basic joints and the use and maintenance of power tools on site. The course includes health and safety, basic woodworking joints, hand tool use and maintenance, portable power tool use, first and second fix operations, structural timbering, maintenance operations, setting up and operating a circular saw work based evidence is a requirement of this course.
